Hi, I’m Aditi Ratho, author of the Amazon bestselling children’s book Suzie Mistry and the Imagination Factory, a fantastical adventure that’s found its way into the hands (and hearts) of curious readers aged 7-11.
Raised in Mumbai, with roots in Cuttack, Odisha, I’ve lived, studied, and worked across India, the UK, Canada and Austria. I hold an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Toronto, where I was awarded the Lester B. Pearson International Scholarship.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve built a multidisciplinary career across consulting, public policy research, and geopolitical risk analysis. My areas of expertise include public policy, international relations, AI and the future of careers, and investment risk advisory.
In 2024, I founded Mindsparkle Academy — a boutique education and career consulting practice that supports students and young professionals as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. I mentor students on topics ranging from global affairs and policymaking to creative writing and STEM research.
As a scholarship assessor for a leading global university, I’ve seen what excellence looks like from the inside. And at Mindsparkle, I help others build toward it — thoughtfully, strategically, and always with heart.
Whether it’s a child discovering wonder through a story, or a student discovering their own voice through an application — I believe both deserve care, creativity, and a little bit of sparkle.
